A federal judge has jailed Kentucky clerk Kim Davis because she refused to personally license same-sex "marriages" that violate her deeply-held religious beliefs.

Religious liberty is guaranteed by our constitution and federal law requires the government to find reasonable accommodations for people like Kim Davis who have deeply held religious beliefs.

If we had any doubt that religious liberty in this country is disappearing, that doubt is now gone.

It was profoundly wrong for the US Supreme Court to have imposed same-sex "marriage" on every state in the country, and it is judicial tyranny for judges to throw in jail individuals who do not want to be involved in the act.

We must fight for our rights!

Sign this petition to demand that Kim Davis be freed immediately, and call on elected officials to enact laws protecting the right of Americans from having to participate in something that violates their religious beliefs

The Petition

Free Kim Davis!

Religious liberty is guaranteed by our constitution and federal law requires the government to find reasonable accommodations for people like Kim Davis who have deeply held religious beliefs. Kim Davis should be freed immediately, and the rights of all Americans should be protected from having to participate in something that violates their religious beliefs.
