Dear Republican Minority Leader McConnell,

I'm calling today to ask you to stand with Senator Mike Lee and challenge Obama's recess appointment, which have violated the "advise and consent of the Senate" clause in our Constitution. 

By pushing through new appointments to his National Labor Relations Board and his so-called Consumer Financial Protection Bureau—without any consent from the Senate—President Obama is shredding our Constitution.

Leader McConnell, Senator Lee needs your support on this vital constitutional issue.
