The mission of HLI is to create effective opposition to the culture of death around the world. HLI works to promote and defend the sanctity of life and family around the world according to the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church through prayer, service, and education. In fulfilling this mission HLI strives to train, organize, and equip pro-life leaders around the world. As a non-profit, educational apostolate, HLI takes a total approach to life issues from the moment of natural fertilization to the moment of natural death. While HLI is completely faithful to the Holy Father and the Magisterium, HLI is also ecumenical and works with people of all faiths to advance the cause of life.
