Fred Upton (R-MI) and Kevin Brady (R-TX) have issued a subpoena to HHS, and are working to help taxpayers find out where their money is going and why. The truth is, the $5 billion going to insurance companies through Cost-Sharing Reduction is just one piece of the ongoing Obamacare bailout, as it’s one of three different bailout provisions the president and the health insurance companies included in the law when they created it together just a few short years ago. Recently, it was discovered that HHS has been unlawfully making payments ?
