CINCINNATI (WKRC) - Police are investigating after a shooting left one man with a chest injury. The shooting occurred after 2 a. m. on the ramp at the Norwood Lateral and Paddock Road. The victim, a 21-year-old man, was driving with a woman when shots crashed through his windshield. He made it to a parking lot to pull over and find help. Authorities couldn't tell if his chest was injured from being shot or from the broken glass of the windshield. He was taken to UC Medical Center.
