A week later, a close friend of the 19-year-old economics student contends that Bolling Jr. did not intentionally kill himself. According to the U.K. Daily Mail, Bolling Jr. had been seen partying the night before, reportedly using drugs including cocaine, marijuana, and Xanax. Bolling Jr.'s friend, Wayne Carter, 21, admitted that Bolling Jr. had been "doing things" that night, as evidenced by videos he sent to friends via Snapchat.
