By subversion, coercion or mental defect, in what many Constitutional scholars are calling one of the most damaging Supreme Court decisions in history, on June 28, 2012, Chief Justice John Roberts effectively erased the rights of liberty and freedom of the individual from the excesses of an over reaching government.
By granting the Obama administration the right to compel individuals against their will to purchase service, Judge John Roberts effectively nullified the rights of the individual recognized since July 4, 1776 by the Declaration of Independence and the subsequent Constitution of the United States.
When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the excesses of an tyrannical over-reaching government, void of the constraint dictated by the limits set forth in the Constitution of the United States, it shall be the responsibility of an educated and humble people to recognize this excess and to remove it.
The Petition
Impeachment of Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts/ Set Aside of ACA Decision
We, the undersigned, respectfully Petition the US government to:
1) The immediate set aside of the Supreme Court decision regarding the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and to rescheduled for hearing following the confirmation of a qualified and suitable replacement for Judge Roberts.
2) The immediate removal of Judge Roberts from the position of Supreme Court Justice. As Judge Roberts was appointed by Republican George Bush, so shall his successor be appointed by a majority of the Republicans in Congress. Followed by standard Senate confirmation.
