US Senator Rand Paul (R-KY), on behalf of the American people, filed a lawsuit against the NSA as means of halting their unconstitutional spying.
The “current administration” has admitted to storing your business and personal emails. They have admitted to storing your very private phone conversations. Sadly, these are the least of their true capabilities. We know they are doing this, so we must now join the movement to stop them.

The Fourth Amendment of the Constitution is very clear:
“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”
Without a warrant, and therefore without cause -- do you believe that the government has to right to read your emails and listen to your private phone conversations?
