Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) has introduced the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act (S.1670) in the Senate. This historic bill would protect unborn babies beginning at 20 weeks - more than halfway through pregnancy - and save roughly 18,000 lives each year. The House version of this bill was passed in a historic 228-196 vote in June, marking the first time Congress voted to protect a whole class of unborn children from the horror of abortion.
