Pro-Life voters deserve to know exactly where each candidate stands on Life. While personal views on Life matter, what’s more important is how their pro-life views will translate into tangible public policy measures that save lives. 

In recent interviews, Herman Cain says that he’s pro-life from the moment of conception, but also says government shouldn’t make decisions on any exceptions. He’s also said:“I can have an opinion on an issue without it being a directive on the nation. The government shouldn’t be trying to tell people everything to do, especially when it comes to a social decision that they need to make.”

Cain has responded to criticism of these comments by saying he’s “100 % Pro-life. End of story,” but hasn’t been clear on how this translates into public policy.
