Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan was the Solicitor General for the Obama administration. She was deeply involved in the formulation of Obamacare and its passage.
When it became apparent that ObamaCare would pass through Congress she wrote to Harvard Professor Laurence Tribe, "I hear they have the votes, Larry!! Simply amazing."
It is unconscionable that Kagan will be deciding the constitutionality of Obamacare.

Justice Kagan must recuse herself from the current ObamaCare Supreme Court case. As one of the principal participants in the formulation and passage of Obamacare, we cannot be convinced of her impartiality.
