One month since the sequester took effect, the Obama administration is still complaining about false spending “cuts.” Now the Government Accountability Office reports Washington spends $95 billion in overlap and waste. Previous reports cited over $200 billion wasted on duplicative programs over the past two years. Taken together, eliminating the waste would cover the cost of the sequester. Yet the President shows no signs of wanting to save taxpayer money.

The ridiculous nature of government waste never ceases to amaze. The Obama administration just hosted a huge Hollywood concert at the White House on the taxpayer dime while canceling tours by citing the sequester.

Government fiscal irresponsibility has reached disgusting proportions.
