Obama and Sebelius put Planned Parenthood before mothers in need. In Indiana, New Hampshire, and now Texas, the President has shown that his allegiance lies first and foremost with Planned Parenthood and the pro-abortion lobby.

When Texas applied for a renewal of federal funding for its Woman’s Health Program (WHP), which includes Medicaid family planning services for low-income women, the state included a provision that disqualifies abortion businesses and their affiliates from participating in the program, including Planned Parenthood. But President Obama’s Department of Health and Human Services led by pro-abortion Secretary Kathleen Sebelius rejected the application, placing Planned Parenthood before women in need.
