Last Thursday, President Obama’s Department of Health and Human Services decided people no longer have to try to find a job to receive welfare. Overturning historic welfare reform written by a Republican Congress and signed into law by President Clinton, the Obama Administration apparently believes that Americans don’t need jobs… they just need more handouts.
Taxpayers should never be forced to subsidize able-bodied individuals who would rather stay on the dole than work.
