It's no secret that the liberal MSNBC cable channel is in freefall in both ratings and the important demographic of viewers from 25 to 54 years old, and one of the hosts most likely to face the chopping block is the anchor of the All In With Chris Hayes program. Just when it seemed that things couldn't get any worse for Hayes, his series had its worst week since the show debuted in April 2013, averaging only 74,000 viewers in that demo during the week of March 16.

The American Prospect’s Waldman sympathizes with conservatives who are “unfairly accused of racism,” but says that overall he doesn’t feel too sorry for them given that right-wingers routinely condone actual bigotry from their leaders. Addressing his conservative readers, Waldman admits that sometimes “liberals are too quick to see racist intent in a comment that may be innocuous or at worst unintentionally provocative. But you make heroes out of people like [Rudy] Giuliani, [Rush] Limbaugh, and [Erick] Erickson…and when other people occasionally notice the caustic hairballs of bile they spit onto waiting microphones, the most you can say is, ‘Well, I wouldn't go that far.’ So you have nothing to complain about.”

Sen. Marco Rubio dismissed President Obama's agreement to limit Iran's drive for a nuclear bomb as failed diplomacy.
The Florida Republican, who is expected to announce his presidential bid on April 13, said the framework of an accord between Tehran and the United States and other world powers isn't strict enough to ensure Iran can't develop nuclear weapons. Rubio essentially said that Obama got played by the Ayatollahs. The senator, who serves on the Foreign Relations Committee, has previously said he would be willing to cancel any agreement with Iran that he believes does not accomplish its core objectives.
A key sticking point for Rubio and other Republican presidential contenders is that Obama include Iran's state sponsorship of terrorism and threats to wipe Israel off the map in the talks. These Republicans believe Iran is being unnecessarily rewarded for bad behavior. Following is Rubio's full statement:
