Bill and Hillary Clinton have been ordered to give depositions in a racketeering case filed against them and the Clinton Foundation. Larry Klayman, president of Freedom Watch, sent deposition notices to the former first couple Friday in his lawsuit alleging civil RICO misconduct, which allegedly resulted in the failure to produce to him documents requested under the Freedom of Information Act. Hillary Clinton was ordered to give her deposition the morning of July 28 in Washington, D.C., and her husband was ordered to give hers the following morning, according to notices obtained by the Washington Examiner. A judge set the racketeering case to trial in May.
