Recently, a representative from the Hillary Clinton camp delivered a message to Martin O'Malley, the former Maryland governor preparing to challenge Clinton for the 2016 Democratic nomination.
I have some good news and some bad news, the messenger said.
What's the good news? asked O'Malley.
The good news is we're taking you seriously, the messenger answered. And the bad news is ⦠we're taking you seriously.

The undertone of threat was unmistakable, but anyone who takes on Clintonworld has to expect that. And indeed, pro-O'Malley Democrats â there are some â are not at all surprised by the tone. They are the most petty, vengeful people out there, says one Democrat of the Clinton organization. They hold a grudge for decades. I don't think he [O'Malley] expected them to welcome him with a fruit basket.

The November 20 issue of Time offers the usual bucket of liberal "goodies" – a profile of Trump-trashing Gold Star Dad Khizr Khan and his new book, a book excerpt from Dan Rather, and a glowing review of Pete Souza’s book chronicling his amazing days as White House photographer to the one and only Barack Obama – “born out of scraps of history and hope,” Time said when he won. Then there was a spicy “Conversation” with black filmmakers Spike Lee and Dee Rees to celebrate their new work featured on Netflix. It wouldn’t be long before talk of Amerikkka and racism.

Wikileaks has been no stranger to controversy over the last year. The whistleblower organization positioned itself at the center of a tumultuous presidential election cycle be leaking information about prominent Democratic officials, allegedly putting itself in favor of President-elect Donald Trump. Through all the Democratic National Committee leaks and the series of Podesta E-mail leaks, it established itself as a transparency force in the new digital era. But it also still faced criticism over its practices. The Democratic National Committee leaks were e-mails among various party officials that exposed a great deal about the party’s inner workings. It had very candid and revealing conversations, but because of its private nature, it also had personal information. This inclusion of personal information even made advocates for transparency concerned, including Edward Snowden. Now another controversy has erupted after a Twitter account belonging to the “Wikileaks Task Force” suggested it was compiling a database of user data from verified users. Michael Moore said there must be "protesting, obstructing, disrupting, and civil disobedience" on President-elect Donald Trump's inauguration day in an interview with MSNBC's Chris Hayes. Moore also spoke of protesting electors in the Electoral College as they meet.
"People need to have their voice heard," Moore said of electors who are casting their vote based on the outcome of the election in their state.
"I mean, the man has no right to enter that house," Moore said of Trump and the White House.
"There are too many questions about whatever collusion was going on. I mean, they admitted that they were in touch with the Russians during the campaign. They have said that," Moore claimed.
MICHAEL MOORE: Listen, we are hours away now from the Electoral College coming together on Monday. This needs protest, this needs people's voices. You can go to Vigils For America, I think it's dot org, and they have a list of all the state protests at the state capitols this weekend and on Monday.
People need to have their voice heard. Don't say to yourself, oh, what's the use? How do we -- nothing's going to happen. You don't know that. You don't know that. That's why we have to keep fighting. We have to fight all the way to inauguration day and then be ready for them to start the day after the inauguration passing law after law after law.
CHRIS HAYES, MSNBC: And you think protesting on Inauguration Day --
Protesting, obstructing, disrupting, civil disobedience. I mean, the man has no right to enter that house. There are too many questions about whatever collusion was going on. I mean, they admitted that they were in touch with the Russians during the campaign. They have said that.
HAYES: Right.
MOORE: So we would need to know as Americans what the hell was going on there and he does not have a mandate. He does not have a mandate. And that just needs to be said over and over and over again. And the media, for God's sake, please do your job.
HAYES: We try.
MOORE: You're not trying hard enough, Chris.
